He was born September 26,1952 in Kokomo, IN, the son of Lee and Marjorie Fuller. Grant graduated from Wooster High School in 1970. He was a talented machinist, designing several machines and owned his own machine shop early in his career. He was employed by Schafer Valve until a brain aneurysm in 1993 forced his retirement. He loved sailing and water activities, was a talented drummer, and enjoyed traveling when he was healthier. Grant was always willing to lend a helping to others and enjoyed volunteering at the Lodi Chapel of Transport for Christ and had been previously active with the Kidney Foundation of Wayne County. He had an ornery streak and enjoyed making the residents and staff laugh while at Hennis Care Center, His final wish was to donate his body to the Ohio State University College of Medicine where his daughter attended medical school to give back to the medical community that had helped him. He is survived by his mother, MarjorieFuller, former wife Evelyn Fuller of Orrville, children Andrea Fuller, M.D., of Columbus and Esta (Andy) Ryder of Dalton, grandsons Austin, Seth, Brandon and Gavin Ryder, Sister Donna (Ches) Joy, sister-in-law Cheryl Fuller, nephews Ryan (Michelle) Joy and lan Fuller and great niece Jett Joy.
