Sallie L. Robinson, age 64, died on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at Wooster Community Hospital in Wooster, OH. A graveside service will be held Monday, July 19, 2010, 1:00 PM at the Ashley Cemetery, Clendenin, WV. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2010, 5-8 PM at First Presbyterian Church Orrville, 1830 W. Market Street, Orrville, OH. Gresser Funeral Home, Orrville is assisting the family with local arrangements. She was born June 30, 1946 at Fayetteville, North Carolina, the daughter of Joseph and Nellie (Piney) Fountain. She married Ronald Robinson of Zanesville,OH and he died October 20, 2009. She was a high school graduate and had worked as a hostess and waitress. Sallie lived most of her life in the Orrville and Wooster area. She loved spending time with her family and taking care of her dogs and cat. Surviving her are children Bobbie (Scott) Shopee of Smithville, OH, Tina L. (Mike) Callahan of Orrville, Janet R. (Chris) Robinson of Wooster, Wesley (Maria) Robinson of Orrville, step-children Ronda Robinson, Beverly Robinson, Ronnie Robinson, David Robinson all of Texas, 17 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are sister Susie Crawford, Ruthann Ferrell and Shelbie Stutzman and brothers Paul (Kathy) Perrine and Jack (Jill) Perrine. Preceding her in death are her parents Nillie Piney and Joseph Fountain, great-grandmother Cornella Piney and ex-husband Ronald Robinson.
