Obituary for Ronald J. Drummond
Ronald Jack Drummond, age 78 of Orrville, Ohio formally of Medina and Parma passed away peacefully Thursday July 4, 2024.
He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on March 26, 1946, son of the late Clarence "Jack" and Meda Drummond. His memory will be cherished and kept alive by his loving wife of 57 years Diane (Calabrese) Drummond, his children Ronald Jack Drummond the II (Debbie), Scott E. Drummond (Angie), Jennifer Drummond, and Holly (Andy) Gregory; his grandchildren; Nicholas Rogers (Kenni), Kaitlin Rogers, Rebecca Drummond, Megan Drummond, Jarred Shirley, Michael Gregory, and Maizie Gregory. Great grandchild Ameila Rogers. He is also survived by his siblings Judy Gierke, Karen Lorring, and Roger Drummond (Diana). And many beloved nieces and nephews.
Ron is proceeded in death by his parents and siblings Connie Chapman, Paulette Kuklis {Marty), and Dale {Marilyn).
He will be remembered for his teasing jokes, his unfailing work ethic, his generosity, and willingness to help with anything. Also, for his love of his family, motorcycles and Elvis. He was raised as a Master Mason on April 27, 2002 at the Seville Masonic Lodge #74. He was a dedicated millwright for Local 1871 for over 30 years.
To honor Ron the family will have a Celebration of Life on Sunday July 28, 2024 at 1pm at the Blackberry Condos Clubhouse 1870 Blackberry Lane Orrville, Ohio 44667.
