"Robert E. "Bob" Duemmel passed away peacefully on May 25, 2026, at the age of 94 in Wooster, OH. Born in Zanesville, OH he graduated from South Zanesville High School and retired from American Electric Power after 40 years of service. He enjoyed camping, traveling and delivering Meals on Wheels. He was a member of Masonic Cedar Lodge #430 F&AM. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 73 years, Florence (nee Carder), parents Herman H. and Margaret (Good) Duemmel, one brother & four sisters. Survived by his daughters Shellie (Ray) Kolesar of North Carolina, Amy (Mike) Ayers of Arizona, brothers David & Richard of Ohio, grandson Aaron (Jessica) Kolesar of North Carolina and 5 great-grandchildren. Following cremation, there will be a private family service."
