Obituary for Patricia D. Venosdale
Patricia "Diane" Marks, Thompson, Smith, Venosdale, age 57 died on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at her daughter's home in Wooster, Ohio following a period of declining health. Family and friends can join us on Saturday July 12th, 2014, from 3 - 6 PM at Freelander Park in Wooster, OH to share memories of our mother. There will be no calling hours. Cremation has taken place in keeping with her wishes. She was born April 11, 1957 in West Virginia, the daughter of John and Veda (Wyer) Marks and raised in Orrville. Surviving children are Toni Roberts, Douglas Thompson and Virginia (Gyn) Huff, grandchildren Ryan, Robert, Haleigh, Olivia, McKinzey, Emma, Dylan Cameron and Hannah. Also surviving are Sherman Marks of Orrville, Bill Marks of Dalton, Anthony Marks and Michael Marks of Orrville, John Marks of Alabama and a sister Shonnie Pongratz of Dover, step-sister Angele Daniels Dean of Tiffin, Pepper Colman of Georgia, Honda Marks of Kentucky and John "Hoss" Scott of Tiffin. Diane had many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. A very special thank you goes to Dianna Delaney for the kindness and support she gave our sister. Dianne was preceded in death by her mother Veda Marks, her father John Marks and a sister Nancy Perry.
