Mary L. Perkins, age 81, was called to heaven on Friday, October 30, 2015 at Affininty Medical Center in Massillon, Ohio following complications after surgery.. A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, November 05, 2015, 5:30 PM at the home of Mark and Lisa Moore, 3488 Misere Rd., Orrville, OH 44667. A Covered dish would ber welcomed. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. She was born November 19, 1933 in North Lawrence, Ohio, the daughter of William and Lucille (Gordon) Jones. She married Richard Perkins on January 28, 1950 and had seven children. You could find her every week at bingo and in the kitchen at Mrs. J's Restaurant where she worked for a number of years. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting and spending time with her family. Surviving Mary are her children Deborah (Bob) Flood, Victoria (Fred) Rastorfer, Edward Perkins, Lisa (Mark) Moore, Brian (Marsha) Perkins, Philip Perkins, and Gayle (Doyle) Lauer-McCartney. Also Surviving are 19 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and husband Richard.
