Lloyd R Curie, age 88, died on Wednesday, November 09, 2016 at Glendora Care Center near Wooster, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 12, 2016, 11:00 AM at the Gresser Funeral Home, 415 N. Elm St. Orrville, OH. Rev. Brad Kelley will be officiating. Burial will be at the East Chippewa Cemetery in Orrville, OH.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016, 1 hour before services at the funeral home.
The family suggests that friends may make a donation to East Chippewa Memorial Fund, 7207 Chippewa Rd.,Orrville, OH 44667 in her memory.
He was born October 08, 1928 in Sterling, Ohio, the son of Harry and Orpha (Miller) Curie. He married Trulah M. (Wiles) Curie on March 22, 1950 and she died August of 2015.
Lloyd had Packaging Corp of America for 43 years before retiring. He was an avid auction-goer and an antique tractor enthusiast. Lloyd was a man of great knowledge and wisdom who will be loved and missed by all who knew him. He will be cherished by his family and they will hold his memory eternal.
Surviving are a daughter, Janice Curie, grandson, Joseph (Casandra) Curie, 4 great-grandchildren, Taryn, Lukas, Abraham and Lilliana.
