Obituary for Deacon J. Shupp
Deacon J. Shupp, age 49, of Cleveland Heights died September 12, 2025 at Hospice of the Western Reserve- Medina after an extended period of declining health.
Deacon was born the son of Connie J. (Demlow) and James R. Shupp on April 1, 1976 in Wooster Ohio. He attended school in Orrville and graduated Orrville High School in the class of 1994.
Deacon continued his education graduating from Miami University with a Bachelor Arts, Psychology, German and Sociology in 1999. He also studied abroad with a semester at Heidelberg University, Heidelberg Germany, a semester at Miami University Dolobois European Center, Differdange, Luxenbourg and was a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.
His most recent employment was Senior IT Training & Development Specialist at University Hospitals.
Deacon is Survived by: daughters Ava, Romy, and Margaret Shupp, of Rowlett, TX, Mother: Connie J. Shupp, of Orrville, brother Kerby J. Shupp (Jodi) of Orrville, nieces Jillian R. Modie (Eric) of North Royalton, Katie J. Shupp (Drew) of Parma Heights, and nephew James R. Shupp of Orrville.
He is preceded in death by James R. Shupp, father.
In keeping with family wishes, there will be no services. Cremation has taken place.
