Obituary for Bonnie Louise Eash
Bonnie L. Eash, age 91 died on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Shady Lawn Health Care Community in Dalton after a period of declining health. As she had requested, a private graveside service will be held Monday, February 24, 2014, 10:00 AM at the chapel of Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville. Pastor Dan Hostetler will be officiating. Burial will be at Crown Hill. There will no calling hours. The family suggests that friends may make a donation to Life Care Hospice of Wayne County, 2525 Back Orrville Road, Wooster, OH 44691 in lieu of flowers. Gresser Funeral Home in Orrville is assisting the family. She was born in Dale, OH in Morgan County on Sept. 25,1922 to Friend and Marie (Matthews) Yarnell. She graduated from Windsor High School in Morgan County and later attended Wooster/Barberton Business College. She worked at the U.S Dept. of Agriculture (formerly ASCS office) in Wayne County and later retired from the Licking County office in 1984. She lived in Newark, OH. For 12 yrs and was teacher/ pianist for Northside Church of Christ. She moved to Dalton in 1984 were she was member of Living Water Church. Bonnie was a charter member of NARFE and a previous member of DAR for 25 yrs. Surviving her are children Dr. Roy R. (Barb) Buss of Mentor, OH., Marie (Hartley) Boss of Orrville, Christine Buss of Dalton, daughter-in-law Debbie Buss of Orrville, step son Richard Eash of Dalton, half-sisters, Fannie Woodruff, Dolly Stokley, Sara Atkins, half-brothers, Lee Jobes and Cy Jobes. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death areher son Robert Buss,, sister Bernice Mattis and husbands Wayne Buss, Alan LeMaster and Everett Eash.
