Obituary for Lisa Diann Moore
Lisa Diann Moore, age 56, passed peacefully in her sleep on Friday, August 11, 2017 at her home near Orrville, Ohio.
A memorial service will be held at the family home on Saturday August 19, 2017 at 5 PM. The family requests those in attendance bring a cover dish for after the service. Cremation has taken place and there will be no calling hours.
She was born January 15, 1961 in Orrville, Ohio, the daughter of Richard and Mary (Jones) Perkins. She married Mark Moore on August 14 1998.
She is survived by her husband Mark Moore Sr. of Orrville as well as her three children; Morgan Perkins of Akron, Elizabeth Moore of Orrville, and Mark Moore Jr. of Orrville. Also surviving are six grandchildren, three brothers and three sisters as well as dozens of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
