Obituary for Ida E. Cunningham
Ida Evelyn Cunningham, age 94 died on Sunday, June 03, 2018 at Brenn-Field Nursing Center in Orrville after a period of declining health.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 07, 2018, 10:00 AM at the Gresser Funeral Home, 415 N. Elm St. Orrville. Pastor David Riltgers will be officiating. Burial will be at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Marshallville, OH.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, 6-8 pm at the funeral home, Thursday, June 7, 2018 and 1 Hr before services at the funeral home. The family suggests that friends may make a donation to

She was born October 13, 1923 near Marshallville the daughter of Harrold S. and Ruth (Edmonds) Wertz . She attended Dalton schools and later met and married Allen Henry Cunningham and together they raised a family 5 boys and 2 daughters. They lived in Marshallville and most recently Orrville. Ida was a homemaker and devoted mother to her children and grandchildren.
Surviving Ida are her children Carolyn Busson, Bruce Cunningham, H. Lee Cunningham(Diane), Lois Santmyer (Daniel), Kenneth Cunningham (Karen), Brent Cunningham (Laura) and daughter-in –law Ginny Cunningham. Also surviving are grandchildren Tracy Cunningham, Michele Busson, Bruce Cunningham Jr., Toni Wilson, Steven Cunningham, Daniel Busson, Sandy Cunningham, Michael Hatfield, Donell Cunningham, Chad Cunningham, Kevin Cunningham, Justin Santmyer and Katie Cunningham.
Ida is preceded in death by her parents, husband Allen Cunningham, a son Daryl Cunningham, brother Vernon Wertz and a sister Miram Wertz Karlen.
